Do your sales people still get paid to sell vehicles?

Answer: Yes. Our sales people are still paid to sell vehicles, however at Scott Kia there is a huge difference. Traditionally the commission structures worked like this: a sales person is paid a commission based on a percentage of vehicle value. Therefore if a sales person sells you a $40,000 dollar car they would make a larger commission than selling a $20,000 car. At Scott Kia this isn’t the case! Our sales people are paid a basic per vehicle value. Our sales people won’t be selling you something you are unable to afford or, flat out, don’t want. Our sales people are here to service your needs, and not the needs of themselves. This means you get the right car; A car that fits your needs, your budget, and your lifestyle. Other dealerships and their sales people are thinking more about how much they can sell you, where our sales people are thinking more about how much they can satisfy you.

Does no commission really save me money?
